There are more than 5,000 credit unions across the U.S. but only 3.6% qualified to be included in the Forbes list of America’s Best. The selection was based on a vast, independent survey of more than 25,000 U.S. citizens, measuring customer satisfaction, level of trust, quality of digital services, branch service, and other factors.
