US Eagle Federal Credit Union announces its Annual Meeting and Election Notice for 2022. This year two seats for the Board of Directors are up for election.
Nominating Procedure: Nominations for the Board of Directors may be made by the Nominating Committee or by petition.
The following requirements must be met to petition for nomination:
- An official petition must be secured from US Eagle and returned no later than Friday, February 18, 2022. The petition must be signed by at least 500 credit union members in good standing and must include all account numbers. The members must be at least 16 years of age.
- Written statement of qualifications, biographical information, and a willingness to serve a three-year term, if elected, must accompany the petition.
