Osuna Branch Moving To Academy

Coming in early December, the current Osuna branch location will be making its move to the new, full-service location at 5420 Academy Road NE.  While general member services at Osuna will be coming to a close, business services will remain, and the building will be converted to centralize all of US Eagle’s operations.

The new service location on Academy will have the same great features you’ve become accustomed to in our new branch design – including digital displays and a UserBar experience where you may access information about financial tips/literacy, products and services. But it will also be the first US Eagle location to have a wonderful, new feature: Video Tellers.  

So what’s a Video Teller? You’ll be able to speak and interact with a live teller, in real-time, from your car and conduct many of the same transactions as you would inside the branch. Think of it as ‘drive-thru service with video.’ So, instead of interacting with a machine, you’ll get the personalized attention you deserve. How’s that for great service?!

Video Teller will be exclusively available to US Eagle members during regular business hours. A standard, walk-up ATM will also be available on the east side of the new Academy location building and will be open 24/7 for service to members and the general public. And, of course, you’ll see many of the same friendly faces in the lobby you’ve come to know at Osuna.

As part of the transition to our new location: 
    The current Osuna location will be closing for lobby service in December, with lobby and drive thru Video Teller services projected to begin at the new Academy location on Monday, December 12th. For updates, please visit useagle.org/commitment.
  While lobby service will be closed at Osuna, the drive-thru location will remain open for a short period afterwards but will be closed on Saturdays. Drive-thru service will then fully transition to the Academy location.
  Safety deposit box access currently at the Osuna location will be available at the new Academy branch location when it opens (for those members with safety deposit box service, be on the lookout for a letter coming your way describing the transition from Osuna to the new Academy location).
