U.S. Eagle received many applications for our 2019 scholarship program. Three students were awarded scholarships, each valued at $2,000. Students may use the funds to go towards tuition,  books, and living expenses. Here are the recipients:
Catherine Houska received the Vigil Bullying Prevention Scholarship. Catherine wrote an essay describing what action she would take as the Governor of New Mexico to prevent bullying. She provided a budget and an outline of the programs she would implement to tackle the bullying epidemic. Catherine attends the University of New Mexico and will graduate in the spring of 2020
Trinity Casaus received the Future of Banking Scholarship. Trinity discussed how technology will drive banking through mobile applications, video meetings, and digital money transfers. Trinity will attend Texas Tech University and graduate in spring 2023
Craig Emrich received the U.S. Eagle Television Commercial Scholarship for his commercial production advertising a car-buying experience with the help of U.S. Eagle. He produced a fun :60-second commercial presenting how purchasing a car does not have to be a stressful experience with preparation and help from a friendly U.S. Eagle team member. Craig will attend Texas Tech University and graduate in Spring 2023.
