Annual Meeting and Election Notice for 2021
The Nominating Committee has nominated three candidates for the three open positions for US Eagle Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors to be filled in 2021.

M. Reese Gateley
Reese Gateley is the owner of Reese Gateley CPA PC. Mr. Gateley has been a member of our Credit Union and a member of its Board of Directors for 29 years. He has served as Chairman of the Board, 2nd Vice Chair, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee, and as a Board of Directors Advisor.
Mr. Gateley’s passion is for the financial well-being of the members. He works toward that goal by currently serving as Treasurer and being a member of the Asset Liability Committee while helping develop budgets and monitoring financial performance.

Roger J. Salter
Roger J. Salter served in the U.S. Navy, and is retired from a career as an insurance claims consultant. He has served as an active volunteer for US Eagle for 26 years as Board Advisor, Board Director since 2006, Board 1st Vice Chair, and Board Chair since 2018. Mr. Salter currently serves on the Volunteer Development Committee and chairs the Policy/By Law Committee. He chaired the Growth, Acquisitions, and Mergers Committee, Member Education Committee, Member Relations Committee, and the Marketing Committee.
Mr. Salter has brought unique financial education programs to US Eagle to help our members meet their financial goals.

Mary E. Homan
Ms. Homan is employed at New Mexico Gas Company as Manager, Economic Development and Community Affairs where she is NMGC’s key representative for local, county, and state government committees and departments, including chamber, economic development, incubator and innovation groups, and non-profit community organizations. She holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BA from the University of New Mexico. Ms. Homan currently serves as a volunteer Board of Directors Associate for US Eagle and is very involved in many civic organizations and serves on several local and state Boards including NM Tax Research Institute, NM Games Association, NM IDEA, Girl Scouts of NM Trails, NAIOP, and Albuquerque Community Foundation Funders Committee. She has been a member of US Eagle and its predecessor credit unions for more than 45 years.
Ms. Homan’s community experience demonstrates her passion of giving back to the community and helping her fellow citizen grow and thrive. “Two of my goals will be to ensure that US Eagle’s community engagement is effective and that the services offered reflect the growing needs of its members, supporting them in their efforts to grow wealth,” stated Ms. Homan.

Voting Procedures: Since there is only one nomination for each position, nominees will be approved by acclamation and the results will be announced at the Annual Meeting on May 12, 2021.
